What are your warranty terms of the equipments?
Warranty terms vary depends on product itself. But we will take responsibility of our manufacturing defect.
What are your terms of payment?
Our company’s policy requested T/T paid in advance. However, if you place regular orders, the more favorable terms you can get after discussing with us then.
What is your lead time?
The standard lead time is around 45 days upon order confirmation. If you have urgent situation, please contact with us ASAP to see how to meet your needs.
How to work with you for OEM/ODM projects?
Our company may request you to send the actual samples more than pictures to evaluate the accurate quotation and on technological views, the precious quote can be done accordingly.
May I get free samples?
It’s our company’s policy to charge the samples for the first cooperation. If you place an order, we will refund the cost of samples to you.
Can you give me a discount?
If you can place regular order or large order, we are willing to offer you a competitive and satisfied price surely.
What is your MOQ?
US 3,000.00 is our minimum order per shipment and it’s under 3,000.00, it will need extra handling charge around US 300.00.
Are you quoting FOB or CIF?
All our prices are FOB Taiwan or China but it can be quoted according to your demands.
