Steps to perform the SKE2
YCH Super Kegel Exercisers is a durable, light weight and easy to use device that is designed to help men, women and children strengthen lower pelvic muscles (Pelvic floor). These muscles are used to control your bladder and other bodily functions.
YCH Super Kegel Exercier is made from 100% recyclable polypropylene and high grade steel. There is no toxic PVC and no low grad of steel. YCH Super Kegel Exerciser 2 is made to last.
Compared to other similar devices, YCH Super Kegel Exerciser is much lighter and provides longer flex flaps. This means you do not have to be a body builder to hold the device in place and squeeze it. It’s also adjustable and can be used by beginners and experts alike.
1. Wear comfortable clothes to use the SKE2.
2. Place the SKE2 with the tip to the front and keep away the pelvic floor about 1 to 2 inches.
3. Pull forward the tip of SEK2 and let the two wings touch your inner thighs closely and underneath the bottom.
4. It is important to keep the proper posture. Stand up straightly and close your feet, bend knees slightly. But parallel the knees, hips and shoulders to the ground and do not lean.
5. Keep the SKE2 in the correct position. Then squeeze it by your muscles of upper thighs and bottom. You can feel the pelvic floor muscles strengthen. Keep using the SKE2 with squeezing and holding two wings together.
6. It should be NO pain, bleeding, dizziness, headache, or breathe irregularly. If you have bad affections caused from the exercise, please stop using the exerciser instantly.
7. For beginner, squeeze the SKE2 for 3 seconds and then rest 7 seconds. If you can do six times completely and then try to exercise for 5 minutes.
